Dr. Jong-Moon Chung was an assistant professor and faculty instructor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University in 1997. He has developed wireless network and security technologies for the US Department of Defense (DoD) and Ministry of National Defense (MND) of South Korea and has received many prestigious research and development (R&D) awards.
