Stephen Mark FRACS UROL, trained for his fellowship at Duke University, USA and Bristol. He is the consultant and head of the department of Urology at Christchurch Hospital, New Zealand. Kevin Turner MA DM FRCS (Urol) qualified from Oxford University in 1993 and trained in urological surgery in Oxford, Edinburgh and Melbourne. His main clinical and research interests are uro-oncology. In 2002 his DM thesis was given the European Association of Urology Thesis Award and in 2004 he was elected to the office of Hunterian Professor of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Noel Armenakas trained at the University of Athens School of Medicine, Greece, before moving to the US to continue postgraduate education in many various facilities there. He is currently the Clinical Associate Professor for the Department of Urology, Cornell University Weill Medical College, New York. Mark Feneley is a consultant at the Institute of Urology, The Middlesex Hospital, London. Mark Sullivan is a Consultant Urological Surgeon and Honorary Senior Lecturer at The Churchill Hospital, Oxford, UK. He trained in Urology at The Royal Free and University College Hospitals, London and Churchill Hospital, Oxford.
