John Kirkpatrick

John Kirkpatrick (b. 1905 d. 1991) was an American classical pianist and music scholar. He was professor emeritus of music and former curator of the Ives collection at Yale University. Previously he taught at Cornell University for twenty-two years. As a concert pianist, he performed and recorded the Concord Sonata and other works of Charles Ives.
