John Gendo Wolff, Sensei, has been a Zen practitioner for over 30 years. Gendo Sensei has published numerous poems and essays in a wide variety of magazines and in the anthology "Beneath a Single Moon: The Legacy of Buddhism in American Poetry" (Shambhala/Random House, 1991). He appears in the forthcoming video documentary "Zen in America" (Sweeping Zen) and is a member of the governing board of the White Plum Asanga.
