John A. Carroll is a member (honorably retired) of the Blue Ridge Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in America. He was formerly associate pastor of Christ Church, Katy, TX, and pastor of Central Presbyterian Church, Kingstree, SC. He served for over two decades as a staff member with the Navigators on university campuses in the Philippines, Argentina, and various locations in the United States. A graduate of Virginia Tech (BS), Columbia International University (M.Div), and Reformed Theological Seminary (DMin), John and, "the world's greatest wife", Mary, have three married daughters and seven grandchildren. The Carrolls live on Thistle Dew Farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia with a pretty good dog named Ocho.
