Joanna Torrey

Joanna Torrey is the author of Hungry, a collection of short stories and a novella, published by Crown. Her stories have been included in several anthologies, including collections by the Crossing Press and Serpent's Tail. Her nonfiction has appeared in "Harper's Bazaar, "Mademoiselle, and "New York Daily News Magazine. She was a recipient of the New York Foundation for the Arts Award and received an M.F.A. from Brooklyn College, where she has taught creative writing.
