JOANN FORD WATSON is the H. R. Gill Family Professor of Theology at Ashland Theological Seminary, Ashland, Ohio. She received her B.A. from DePauw University, her M.Div.from Princeton Theological Seminary, and her Ph.D. from Northwestern University.
