Joan Hall, writes from her home in Olive Hill, Kentucky. "I love to write in two genres. One is Fantasy, the other is Appalachian. I live in an area rich in folklore and colorful characters. I pull on my knowledge of old Appalachia in, The Chosen Child, and our modern culture in, Grand Finale.
