Jim Lutz has been involved with the sport of swimming for over 45 years. He has taught and coached swimmers from novice "bubble blowers" to those competing on the international stage. Jim Lutz has been involved with the sport of swimming for over 45 years. He has taught and coached swimmers from novice "bubble blowers" to those competing on the international stage. He has contributed back to swimming through motivational and inspirational speeches, articles and seminars. He is a Level 5 (out of 5) certified coach for USA Swimming and NCAA I through the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA). He coached over 30 years, collegiately for 15 years, 11 as a head college coach. His swimmers have won over 130 age group individual state titles, numerous individual high school state champions, NCAA All-Americans, Olympic Trials qualifiers and Academic All-Americans. He has been married to Diane over 25 years and has two sons Kyle and Kory. For the past decade, he has worked in the financial industry as a financial registered representative and as a sales development manager for a Fortune 100 Company. He currently coaches 10 to 14 year old swimmers with Viper Aquatics in Westfield, IN serving as the Head Age Group Coach. Coaching is now his hobby. See less
