Jim "Griff" Griffith
Jim Griffith became eBays first customer support representative while working out of his own studio in West Rutland, Vermont. During the next two years, he helped build a customer support team with more than forty representatives across the United States. In 1999, he helped train nearly 500 employees who now work at eBays Customer Support Center in Salt Lake City. Today, he holds the unique position of Dean of eBay education, traveling across the country and teaching eBay University seminars.
