Jessica S. Hosman is a creative writer with an intense passion to bring hope and life through Jesus Christ to every person who crosses her path, whether through writings or in person. She believes that every child is a unique treasure with great God-given purpose worth investing in. Her prayer is for God to use her writings to strengthen families, encourage hearts and introduce each one to an incredible Savior, Father and Friend. A missionary at heart, Jessica has served internationally in South Africa and Mozambique. Her residency in the United States has included ministry to homeless individuals through street outreach and service at homeless shelters in both Pennsylvania and Kansas. Most recently God has blessed her with the opportunity to see a dream come true through the development and oversight of the Topeka Rescue Mission Children's Palace which provides care for children whose families are experiencing homelessness. She is a passionate worshipper who loves to use the gift of song to minister to the heart of God and draw others into His Presence. Her writings have included a monthly inspirational column entitled, "Life Lessons from a Little One," and co-authorship of the book, "In Darkness, a Light Still Shines." She is married to Justyn and the two have a son, Zechariah John. Through him she has not only found much joy, but also the exciting mission field of motherhood. In addition, she has two stepchildren, Isabella and Shannon, who are gifts to this world and blessings in her life. Jessica lives daily to draw closer to the Lord. She recognizes Him as her everything and notes that in all things, it is to Jesus Christ to whom all honor is due. See less
