Jeffrey Wayne Maulhardt is a fifth-generation descendant of two of the earliest farming families of Ventura County, Johannes Borchard and Jacob Maulhardt. Jeff taught history in the Oxnard School District and retired early to devote more time serving as the director and founder of the Oxnard Historic Farm Park.
