Jean Scott, author of The Frugal Gambler, More Frugal Gambling, Frugal Video Poker, and The Frugal Gambler Casino Guide, and co-author of Tax Help for Gamblers, might seem just like your average grandma and retired English teacher from the Midwest. But thanks to her voluminous writings and frequent TV appearances, she has become one of the most well-known casino low rollers in the country. She was named the "Queen of Comps" by Dan Rather on CBS' "48 Hours," for her outstanding skill in using the casino comp system.
