For the last fifteen years Jason Hedge has been working with individuals and leaders in Business and Ministry with the goal of applying an intentional focus toward engagement - both at work and in life. He serves as the Director of the Human Resource Department at Bethel Church of Redding where he oversees Bethel Church's staff development process and the implementation of engagement directives. Jason first began coaching as a workplace engagement strategy to reignite the hidden or neglected passions and dreams of Bethel's staff and bring them into fulfillment. This process uncovered for Jason, a greater desire and motivation to help others unlock their potential and stride confidently into the role they were created for. In addition to Business, Personal and Dream Coaching, Jason began to align the focus of his personal interests alongside his work at Bethel. His overall focus is developing and implementing leadership and management tools that build a workforce that is happier, healthier, and more engaged. This focused alignment has created additional opportunities for Jason as a guest speaker, trainer and workshop presenter at locations around the world. Jason holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Industrial Technology from CSU, Fresno. Jason's work experience spans numerous positions and fields including for-profit and not for-profit companies spread across several industries.
