Ambassador James R Lilley

Lilley is resident and fellow and former director of the Asian Studies program at the American Enterprise Institute. He has also served as founding director of the Institute for Global Chinese Affairs at the University of Maryland, College Park. He formerly served as ambassador to the People's Republic of China and Republic of Korea.
