He received degrees in journalism, art history, and theology from Northwestern University and the University of Edinburgh. Fr. Simpson was formerly an editor at Associated Press and NBC, as well as the director of the Episcopal Book Club and editor of its "Anglican Digest." George H. Eatman, a life-long Episcopalian, is an attorney who presently lives between London and New York. The Reverend Canon John Andrew was for twenty-four years the Rector of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, New York. Born in England, he served a decade as chaplain to Michael Ramsey, former Archbishop of York and Canterbury. See less
