James A Toman

James A. Toman, fascinated with the streetcars of Cleveland all of his life, is co-founder of Cleveland Landmarks Press, author or co-author of 15 books on Cleveland history, and collector of Cleveland streetcar photographs. He has been an educator for 42 years and is currently the social sciences division director at Lorain County Community College.
