Jackie Towns. I am a teacher and a biblical storyteller. I am currently working on my doctorate at Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS). My dissertation work is in the field of Orality. I have created a curriculum in Orality for Seminaries and Bible Schools that teaches an effective method to communicate the Gospel to the oral and preferred oral learner through the art of biblical storytelling and in-depth study of the Word of God. I have evaluated the course in South Asia and Nigeria with pastoral students and graduate students most of which have been pastors for years. The results are positive. I graduated from DTS with a Master of Theology and a Graduate Teacher Diploma. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Liberty University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Colorado Northwestern Community College. I also studied at Jerusalem University College in Israel the summer of 2008. I am the founder of Stories of Glory, a biblical storytelling and teaching ministry through which I carry the "Light" locally, nationally, and internationally.
