Jack Cook
Cook was educated at King's College (PA) and Cornell University. He served as Associate Editor of The Catholic Worker from 1966-1973; in 1968 he was indicted and convicted for refusal of Induction and sentenced to three years in Federal Prison. Two years into his term he was released by order of the Supreme Court.
