Ira H Carmen

Ira H. Carmen is professor of political science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. From 1990 to 1994 he served as a member of the Recombinant DNA Advisory Committee, the federal governmental agency that regulates genetic engineering experiments in the United States. He is the author of "Cloning and the Constitution, also published by the University of Wisconsin Press, and of "Movies, Censorship, and the Law.
