Ilias Plakokefalos

Ilias Plakokefalos is Assistant Professor of International Law at Universiteit Utrecht, The Netherlands and Senior Research Associate at the Netherlands Institute for the Law of the Sea. Previously, he was Post-Doctoral Researcher in the SHARES Project at Universiteit van Amsterdam. He has been guest lecturer at the University of Oxford and at Université Catholique de Lille.
