Herbert Strider

My name is Herbert G. Strider. I was born and raised in the Hill District of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in a loving Catholic family. There was nine of us with my grandfather, mother, and father. I went to Catholic schools up to the 11th grade. My father moved the family to Cleveland, Ohio and I finished high school in 1962 in June.
