Her focus is on empowering people to reclaim their health through education, and public speaking. To that end, her centre offers comprehensive lifestyle programs, which focus on reversing chronic disease, as well as creating optimum wellness. She lives in Philadelphia with her partner Erica and their brood of rescue cats and dogs, and when not working, she is doing yoga, trail running, and cooking up delicious plant-based foods. See less
