Dr. Guy Prentiss Waters is the James M. Baird Jr. Professor of New Testament at Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS) in Jackson, Miss. Dr. Waters studied at the University of Pennsylvania (B.A.), Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia (M.Div.), and Duke University (Ph.D.).
