Giovanni Maria Farinella obtained a degree in Computer Science (egregia cum laude) from the University of Catania, Italy, in 2004. His research interests lie in the fields of Computer Vision, Image Analysis, Computer Graphics, Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning.
