Giovanna D'Alessio is the founder and C.E.O. of Asterys s.r.l., an organizational development firm with more than 80 associates in 18 countries. Giovanna serves as an Executive Coach and as a Facilitator of transformation with CEOs, directors and top teams of international companies in the areas of personal transformation and effectiveness, change management, top team alignment, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, development of conscious leadership competencies and work/life balance. Giovanna loves working with organisations that want to develop or transform their culture. Giovanna has been trained and collaborates with McKinsey as a Facilitator of Transformation. She is also facilitator of Voice Dialogue and of Systemic Constellations. She is currently qualified as a Master Certified Coach. She did her coach training at Coach University, in Colorado and has also conducted studies in Emotional Intelligence, personal transformation, Transpersonal Psychology, Systemic Constellations, Psychology of Selves. From 2004 to 2011 she was a member of the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation (... and served as Director at-large, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and, in 2010, as global President. Giovanna D'Alessio, with an MBA at La Jolla University (San Diego, CA) founded and ran a communications agency for 5 years when aged only 20. She then spent 7 years at Saatchi & Saatchi as a Client Director. From 1998 she worked for Yahoo! Inc. first as the head of the Italian start-up, then in the European headquarters as Marketing Director for Europe. In 2001 she redirected her life around coaching and leadership development. In 2003 Giovanna wrote the book "Come dire No ed essere ancora pi� apprezzati" (How to say no and still be appreciated) published by Sperling & Kupfer and in February 2013 RCS Etas published her second book: "Il potere di cambiare" (The Power to Change).
