Gerard J Libaridian

Gerard J. Libaridian is currently Alex Manoogian Visiting Professor of Modern Armenian History at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and was co-founder and director of the Zoryan Institute in Cambridge from 1982 to 1990. He was advisor, then senior advisor, of foreign and security policy to former president of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrossian from 1991 to 1997 and was First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs (1993-1994).
