"George M. Dupuy, Ph.D.," is Professor of Economics and Business Administration at Presbyterian College; formerly, he was a professor at the University of Virginia and dean of the Lynchburg College School of Business. Over the years, he has authored more than 50 articles or papers and co-edited a textbook. What differentiates George from most college professors, however, is his extensive business experience outside of academia as vice president for two human resources consulting firms. During his years as a consultant and career coach, George became passionate about career management, and he sees a particular void in educating students on how to transition from school to the world of work. George graduated cum laude from the College of William and Mary, where he majored in sociology. He earned his MBA and Ph.D. degrees from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina. "David H. Dupuy" began his career in banking at Bank of America (formerly NationsBank) and quickly advanced to vice president in the Healthcare Banking Group. After earning his MBA, David left banking to become a founding owner and CFO of a healthcare company headquartered in Nashville. David is currently president of the Development division of KDA Holdings in Atlanta. Like George, David has a keen interest in career management. After only 12 years of work, David is already in his third career and recognizes the benefit of actively managing one's career. David graduated from Furman University, where he majored in business administration. He earned his MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, where he graduated with honors. See less
