Frederick Richardson
American illustrator Frederick Richardson (1862-1937) studied at the St. Louis School of Fine Arts as well as the Acad�mie Julian in Paris, and he taught at Chicago's Art Institute. Richardson worked for several newspapers, including the Chicago Daily News, and he illustrated L. Frank Baum's A Kidnapped Santa Claus, Queen Zixi of Ix, and Mother Goose: The Original Volland Edition.
