Frank J. Parker is a retired lawyer and Jesuit priest residing in Boston, Massachusetts. He is the author of four books including The Red Light Bandit and Law and the Poor, and his academic article "Aspects of Merger in the Law of Kidnapping" was published in the Cornell Review.
