Franco Archibugi

Professor Franco Archibugi is the Founder and Chairman of the Planning Studies Centre in Rome, Italy. Prior to this he taught economics at the University of Florence, Italy and planning at the Universities of Calabria, Palermo, and Naples, Italy.
