Francis H. Marlo

FRANCIS H. MARLO is an associate professor of strategic studies at the Command and Staff College, Marine Corps University (MCU), in Quantico, Virginia. Prior to joining MCU in 2008, he taught at the National Defense University. From 2002 to 2005, he served as assistant for counterproliferation policy in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Policy. This is his first book. He lives in Vienna, Virginia.
