Francie Cate is Chair of the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures and William R. Kenan, Jr. Professor of Hispanic Studies at William & Mary, USA. She is the Editor of the book series, Faro de la Memoria (University of C�diz Press). She is the author of Spanish Culture Behind Barbed Wire: Memory and Representation of the French Concentration Camps, 1939-1945 (2004), published in Spanish in 2012.
