Frances Grundy
Frances Grundy started work in the computer industry in 1965 and spent much of her career teaching computer studies at Keele University in the UK where she was awarded a PhD in Computer Science. Her first widely acclaimed book Women and Computers was published in 1996. She was active in the trade union movement within universities. She now lives in Lincoln in the East of England.
