Fran Dwelle

Fran Dwelle has been engaged in Christian service for many years in Europe and the US as a teacher, mentor, and leader. She is the founder and president of JOY, an interdenominational women's ministry. Having a passion for prayer, she created www.pray3.org which equips women in triplet prayer.
