Fernando Pages Ruiz has been building affordable homes for over 20 years. A Licensed General Contractor in California and Nebraska since 1984, he has run Brighton Construction Company, Inc., in Lincoln, Nebraska, since 1992. Fernando Pages Ruiz has been building affordable homes for over 20 years. Since moving from Los Angeles to Lincoln, Ruiz has focused on affordable, high-quality housing and now build building approximately 30 homes a year. He has written for a wide variety of consumer publications on topics ranging from the physiology of consciousness to Latin American machismo.
