He grew up watching his father preach in the various towns and villages where he was sent as an evangelist. Femi later found Christ for himself and was saved in the Apostolic Faith in his teenage years. He later attended university and became a member and served as the president of the Campus AVS, now known as Apostolic Faith Campus Fellowship.
