Eugene W Hickok

Eugene W. Hickok was Under Secretary of Education (2001-2004) and Deputy Secretary of Education (2004-2005) during the Bush administration. Prior to that he had been Secretary of Education for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a professor of political science at Dickinson College. Hickok is currently senior policy director at Dutko Worldwide, where he works on education issues.
