Eugene P Moehring

Eugene P. Moehring is professor of history at UNLV. He is also the author of several books including Resort City in the Sunbelt: Las Vegas, 1930-2000, Urbanism and Empire in the Far West, 1840-1890, and co-author of Las Vegas: A Centennial History (all published by the University of Nevada Press) as well as Public Works and Real Estate Growth in Manhattan, 1835-1894. He also co-edited a 39-volume reprint series, Foreign Travelers in America, with Arthur Schlesinger, Jr.
