Eugene Darwin Cizek, PhD FAIA, received a bachelor of architecture degree from LSU, a master of city and regional planning and master of urban design from MIT, a doctor of city building from Delft Institute of Technology as a Fulbright Scholar, and a PhD in environmental social psychology from Tulane University.
