Ethan Sepp Rafuse, PH.D.

Rafuse received his PhD in history and political science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He has taught history at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and Johnson County Community College, Overland Park, Kansas, and is currently Assistant Professor of History at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
