Elspeth King

Having been a museum curator since 1973, Elspeth King is currently the Director of the Smith Art Gallery and Museum in Stirling. Since 2004, Elspeth has supplied the Stirling Observer with a photograph and a 200-word caption, and has not repeated any of the images in the last nine years. She is the author of a number of books, including A History of Stirling in 100 Objects, Old Stirling and The Hidden History of Glasgow's Women: The New Factor.
