Ellery Queen is a pseudonym used by two American cousins from Brooklyn Daniel Nathan, alias Frederic Dannay (1905 1982), and Manford (Emanuel) Lepofsky, alias Manfred Bennington Lee (1905 1971) to write detective fiction.
