Ellen Ernst Kossek is a professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Michigan State University's Graduate School of Labor & Industrial Relations. She also has a joint appointment in the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State and is on the Board of the Institute for Children Youth and Family. Ellen Ernst Kossek is a professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Michigan State University's Graduate School of Labor & Industrial Relations. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Yale University, an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, and an A.B. in psychology (cum laude) from Mount Holyoke. Ellen has published widely in the areas of human resource management and organizational support of work/life integration and diversity. Her articles have appeared in numerous journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior (best paper), Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Human Resource Planning, Human Resource Management, American Psychological Association publications and many more.
