The Editors: Upon graduation from Manhattanville College Elizabeth Walsh became a Religious of the Sacred Heart. She completed her doctorate at Harvard University and is now Professor of English at the Univerity of San Diego. She has published articles in The Southern Review and the Scottish Literary Journal . She completed her doctorate at Harvard University and is now Professor of English at the Univerity of San Diego. She has published articles in The Southern Review and the Scottish Literary Journal . Her edition of the Scottish poem The tale of Ralph the Collier was published in 1989. Her teaching interests include Chaucer, Dante, and African American literature. Susie M. Barrett recived her Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Point Loma Nazarene College in San Diego, California, and her Master of Arts in English from the University of San Diego. In addition to her studies in medieval literature, she is currently preparing a paper on Louisa May Alcott's short fictiion. She also teaches at the University of San Diego. See less
