The desire to write has been in Elizabeth Ann's heart for as long as she can remember. She started journaling as a young teenager about her experiences with abuse and mental illness, and when she wrote that first poem in grade 10, she knew she had found a powerful tool for healing. Elizabeth continued to write as she experienced the chaotic nature of her twenties, single motherhood, and marriage. When her marriage fell apart, she decided it was finally time to share her story with the world, breathing life into Walking through the Forest; love, loss, and other tall trees. As of 2017, Elizabeth is pursuing post secondary education, working towards becoming a Registered Social Worker. Her dream is to empower everyone she encounters to find acceptance and healing in their story. Elizabeth can be found on twitter and Pinterest as @lizzydanger See less
