Ed Poole founded Lessons for Your Journey, Inc. in April, 2006, and shares his experiences as a writer, public speaker, success coach, storyteller, facilitator, and trainer to both profit and not-for-profit organizations. For over twenty years Ed has written and presented extensively throughout the United States on organizational change, the dynamics and alignment of organizations, leadership development, organization development, and executive coaching. Ed developed programs for school districts, universities, and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to this, much of Ed Poole's professional life was spent as a high school teacher, middle school principal, high school assistant principal and principal, associate superintendent for instruction, and superintendent of schools. Ed taught fifteen years full-time at The University of Georgia and Aurora University; part-time at Indiana University, Butler University in Indianapolis, Northern Illinois University, National-Louis University, and North Central College. He was Education and Training Director for Cummins Engine Company, located in Columbus, Indiana. See less
