Hackman has been President of NST/Engineers, Inc. since 1973. Dr. Hackman is a licensed Professional Engineer in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He has a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Delaware, an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Juniata College.
