Dwayne Ryan Menezes is Founder and Managing Director of Polar Research and Policy Initiative (PRPI) and Honorary Fellow at the UCL Institute of Risk and Disaster Reduction. He is also Founder and Director at the Human Security Centre and the Commonwealth Policy Development Centre; Chairman of the Advisory Board at Think-Film Impact Production; and Associate Fellow at the Institute of Commonwealth Studies, University of London.
