Dr. Steve Nichols

Steve Nichols grew up in Northern Virginia, where he graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. He earned his B.S. in chemistry from the College of William & Mary, and his M.D. from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. After an internship in family practice and two years in primary care medicine, he completed residency training in psychiatry at the University of Virginia. Since then, he has treated the chronically mentally ill in an in-patient state hospital setting.
